Erica's voice kind of reminds me early J-Lo for some reason. But she can sing! I am looking forward to hearing more from her with the music a little lower than here voice. The music drowns her a bit here. Kudos though!

A lost mountain hiker is stranded miles from civilization. He began his trek with total confidence, exhilarated by the beauty of the forest, his backpack full of food and camping gear. In the days to come supplies run low and somewhere along the way his compass goes missing.

Yes, you might be frustrated by Cisco's seemingly from nowhere decision to modify the paths to certification because you've already invested so much in your current studies. However, now you know that instead of banging your forehead on your existing Cisco certification study guides and shaking your fist at the certification gods, you can move forward in your current certification journey as long as you don't trip over the February 2020 deadline.

You have been at your company 9 - 12 months, you've consistently hit your quota, exceeded it, and/or significantly helped grow interest for a product brand new to the market. You've had positive performance check ins where you have stated over and over again your interest into moving into the next level of sales. Yet, you still find yourself without a clear path to promotion. What do you do next?

As someone who has had the misfortune of joining two separate SDR organizations where leadership moved on quickly after I was brought on, I know this battle all too well. In 2017 after leaving Yelp and exploring career opportunities elsewhere (working in a restaurant) I found myself with an offer to join a growth stage company with a great product market fit, solid sales team, and significant funding from some of the most well known venture capital firms in the country. After working in a fast paced, high end restaurant for a year, the idea of working for a growing startup with unlimited PTO, free catered lunch, and a beautiful office in downtown San Francisco felt almost too good to be true. I jumped at the opportunity and immediately hit the ground running only to hear that my manager had been fired after just a few weeks.

Despite all of this success, I did not have a clear path to promotion out of my SDR role. Our head of commercial sales was working with me to get me onto his team, but a new CRO came on and decided to take ownership of the SDR team. He preached 10 hour workdays, criticized every ounce of effort that our team was putting in, and told me specifically that I would have to spend at least another year as an SDR before he would even consider promoting me. He had a ton of success moving his way up for various large companies, but this type of leadership and the new timeline I was given completely deflated my drive to succeed at the company. I soon started to wonder if I would have a better chance at promotion elsewhere.

SDRs and BDRs are some of the most unique employees any org can house. Very few of us went to college (or elsewhere) expecting to fall into these roles. We're former waitstaff, bartenders, nurses, athletes, chemists, accountants, personal trainers, engineers, and more. We have aspirations of moving into closing roles, customer success positions, leadership, business operations, or finance. We have such diverse backgrounds and goals that it should be easy for us to find opportunities elsewhere in our companies right?

Thanks for the response. What confounds me is that I've actually replaced the nozzle twice and the PTFE in the heat break twice. I did follow the instructions where you back off the top coupler 1/4 turn, loosen the 3 screws, push up on the nozzle, tighten the screws then tighten the coupler.

Since, I couldn't get the visa, I am deferring this admission to the Fall 2019 (they do not accept Spring deferrals). Since it is such a long time away, and I have already waited a year, I want to apply to a funded program for the Spring 2019 semester and continue there till next Fall and then transfer to the first University from Fall 2019. But will enrolling in another program during my deferral make my deferral void?

I'm trying to solve this problem, in particular part a. As the hint suggests I make the substitution $v=\fracdsdt$. Carrying out the computation I get $ln\fracvV_0=-KHe^s/H$, provided I haven't made any mistakes. Where do I go from here? How do I calculate the maximum deceleration? 2ff7e9595c
